Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides strategic guidance to the organisation and is responsible for operational and administrative management. The Board assesses the association’s long-term needs and determines resource allocation.

Management groups
The governance of AmCham EU involves three management groups: the Policy Group, the Communications Group and the Operations Group.
Each is directly responsible to the Board.
Policy Group
The Policy Group is responsible for overall coordination of AmCham EU activities organised in pursuit of the members’ policy objectives. The Group is composed of the Chairs and Vice-Chairs of all AmCham EU Committees, Groups and Task Forces.
Communications
The Communications and Marketing Group is responsible for AmCham EU's integrated communications plan, including promotion, publications, communications, marketing and press activity.
Operations
The Operations Group manages the financial and other resources of the organisation to meet the objectives and the needs of the members. The Group oversees the membership strategy and operational matters as well as prepares annual budgets and accounts.
Committees and task forces
Making up the core of our work, the committees and task forces cover the most important policy issues facing the EU today. By advocating on a wide range of issues, we make sure the voice of American business is heard in all areas.

Executive Council
The Executive Council (ExCo) is a forum for senior executives responsible for the European operations of some of AmCham EU’s largest member companies. ExCo’s mission is to drive for the continuous improvement of European global competitiveness through targeted dialogue at the highest levels between its members and senior policymakers of the EU institutions, Member States and international organisations.
